Anyway, yet another piece of pure awesomeness that comes from Portal – this time, it’s everybody’s favorite favorite ending theme from a first-person sci-fi puzzle game, as semi-intelligibly sung by… a Japanese virtual idol from Yamaha’s singing synthesizer software. Who was designed to sing Japanese pop songs.

No matter, it’s still hilarious:

…is amazing. Creative gameplay, good pacing, interesting characters (okay, so there’s really only one character), and the best ending credits/ending theme I’ve seen in a very very long time. I love this game.

Did I mention how good the ending theme is? Because words fail me at describing how incredibly awesome it is. The music… the voice… it’s… wow. Heaven knows how many times I’ll be listening to it over the next week…
